Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Student & Parent Services Are 100% Free

All core services provided by CAREER 720 to students and parents—including searching directory profiles, using the Comparison Tool, accessing the Fees & Living Cost Calculator, reading verified reviews, and receiving academic counselling—are completely free of charge. We do not collect admission deposits or student subscription fees.

2. Coaching Institute Tuition Fee Refunds (Consumer Law Guidance)

Please note that tuition fees paid to coaching institutes are deposited directly into the respective institute's bank accounts. CAREER 720 does not act as a payment gateway for coaching tuition.

Under the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Guidelines and Supreme Court precedents regarding coaching admissions:

• Coaching institutes cannot collect lump-sum fees for multi-year programs without offering reasonable installment options.
• If an aspirant drops out during the initial month, the institute is legally obliged to issue a pro-rata refund of tuition after deducting nominal administrative costs.
• If an institute refuses a legitimate refund request in violation of statutory rules, aspirants may report the violation to our Audit Desk (inspection@career720.in) or lodge a grievance on the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

3. Institutional Subscription & Verification Refunds

For educational academies purchasing corporate profile verification services, audit reports, or recruitment banner features:

• Cancellations requested within 7 calendar days of order placement are eligible for a 100% full refund if inspection fieldwork has not commenced.
• Once an on-ground physical inspection has been dispatched, inspection travel and auditor expenses are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
